New Paths, Inc. is a growing treatment facility with a full continuum of care for individuals with substance use disorders. The clinical supervisor fills a critical role being responsible for supervision of the therapy, recovery coach, and admissions teams. This individual will provide leadership and guide the activities of the clinical quality improvement committee and utilization review functions. Excellent communications skills are required, with the ability to effectively lead group and individual meetings, conduct development and training sessions, and complete evaluation and disciplinary processes. Minimum requirements include: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or other related discipline, three to five years of experience with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders, minimum of two years successful supervisory experience and current MCBAP certification as CADC or development plan, and excellent computer skills. Knowledge of CARF accreditation standards, State of Michigan license in academic discipline and the ability to work an atypical schedule will be given preferential consideration.
